Our Process

Whether you are looking for one, or one hundred parts, MILLENNIUM MACHINING delivers quality on every part.

1. sketch to cad drawing

We start with your concept sketch and convert that into a CAD drawing, using Inventor from Autodesk.

2. Clarify Your Needs

We then discuss your needs, find out where precision is critical and examine quantity needs.

3. Provide You a Quote

We will provide a quote when we have captured a sufficient description of your component and requirements.

4. Custom Jig

Once the quote has been approved, we will start the programing for the machines. We create a custom jig to hold your parts in the machine.

5. First Article

Once the jig is complete, we will machine a first article of your part for quality inspection.

6. Modify Programming

Programing is modified based of the quality inspections of the first article ensuring your product will be flawlessly fabricated during every production run.
